For anyone who grew up in California. In-n-out is the so-cal drive-through. The replica is splendid, and shows what the original looked like. During the day, there is a staffer to show you around and explain inside the kitchen. Yes, you can go in if the staffer allows!

Fun fact: In-N-Out sold cigarettes when they first opened.

Another step back in time. Amazing how a chain started out and became so successful. We ate, first time at In-N-Out, at the restaurant 1/2 mile away! Great burgers and super friendly staff. We arrived after 5 pm, missing the In-N-Out University store, where you can buy items.

The little fast food stop is a duplicate of the first In-N-Out Burger.

The popular west coast burger chain started very near this spot in 1948 (the original building was demolished long ago, when the freeway came through). The replica, which opened to the public in 2014, is detailed and authentic, while not actually making and serving food -- for that you'll have to visit the In-N-Out Burger down the block.
