The Garfield County Museum, located in Burwell, Nebraska, has an impressive collection of local historical items including artifacts related to colorful characters in the Sandhills Region such as Happy Jack, Doc Middleton, and Cowboy Amos. However, in the basement, amid the usual horrifying antique surgical instruments, sits a wonderfully taxidermied 2-headed calf that is nearly 100 years old. Free Admission and well worth it.
