Nine feet tall and made of rocks, this elaborate outdoor grill was state-of-the-art when it occupied a roadside park in the 1930s.

- Hwy 100 exit at County Rd 25/Hwy 7. Drive east a quarter-mile. Turn right at the stoplight onto Beltline Blvd, then immediately turn right again onto the service road and drive back the way you came (west). The service road ends at the parking lot for Lilac Park; you'll see the fireplace straight ahead.

Restored "Beehive"-shaped outdoor fireplace in a roadside park. Built in the 1930s by the Works Progress Administration, and restored in 2009. Unfortunately it is not available to use as a grill, as they were originally.
