Upon reading your article about the White Squirrels, it seems that you may be a little doubtful if there are really White Squirrels living in Olney. I wanted to tell you that YES, there truly are. It is almost a known joke that when we bring someone into the area to show them the squirrels, they seem to disappear, but really, if you stick around awhile, you will find lots of them. They truly live in the Olney City Park, and other areas of town. North and South Elliott Street are good streets to stroll and look for the white squirrels, and also North Boone Street. There are many other areas in town, you just have to look for them. A couple of years back, my Aunt, who lives on East Locust, even had one coming to her patio door every day to eat from her hand!
