A front lawn tree in a suburban subdivision had been turned into a memorial for all Texas military casualties in Afghanistan. Included a tote board to keep the death number up to date.

Just west of Leonard L. Woods Park and Arbour Way, the second house in on the south side of Oak Creek Drive.
