Urbanna, Virginia: Mark Cline Muffler Man (In Transition)
Built by Mark Cline (creator of Foamhenge) in 2014. One of several created by Cline, recognizable by their shorter height (15 feet) and oversized heads. This one carries ice cream cone with scoop shaped like lime green golf ball.

- Bethpage Camp Resort. From US Hwy 17/Tidewater Trail turn north onto Hwy 616/Town Bridge Rd (You'll see a Bethpage Camp Resort sign on the south side of US Hwy 17, pointing the way). Drive north 2.5 miles. Turn left onto Hwy 602/Old Virgina St. Drive a half-mile. You'll see the Muffler Man on the right, next to an ice cream shop and the Cowtopia minigolf course.

Apparently kids keep climbing on it and damaging it. It is currently in the hospital for repairs. Supposedly this is the second time that this has happened. It may not come back, according to the people who work in the ice cream shop.
