If passing through the northwest part of Arkansas, you should stop in the little town of Bentonville. There, you will find the original Walton's Five and Dime at the town center square. The store is now a museum with its own greeter at the door. You can see such things as Sam Walton's office as he left it, his awards, displays showing the growth of Wal-mart, and his old pickup truck, among other things. Of course, souvenirs are sold. No self-respecting redneck like myself would miss it!
