Erected by a Cuban-American fraternity lodge in 1948, and features a statue of a mom and her three kids. "Honor to Mothers of the World."

- North side of downtown. On the northeast corner of Hwy 45/ N. Nebraska Ave. and E. 11th Ave., outside the former German-American Club, which has its own historical marker.

I believe this monument has been removed. I drove and walked around the entire block and building and I didn't see it.

The monument is currently undergoing restoration. The city plans to have it back on display by Mothers' Day 2022, somewhere, but not at this old location.
