Are you sure this is a wall?
[Vance Erwin, 11/05/2014]
There is a slate wall in downtown Charlottesville where people can express their freedom of speech in chalk. The wall, which is about 7 feet tall and 54 feet long, is cleaned off about about twice a week, more often if it rains, so at least it is a short freedom of speech.
[Doug Dirr, 08/01/2014]The lofty First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution is elegantly inscribed in the wall, but it's illegible under all the Free Expression.
