Nice and very clean park. My grandkids enjoyed looking at both planes and running around in the park, along with reading the plaques.

When The Grumman Corporation left Long Island, it left behind a large parcel of land in Calverton when it once tested fighter jets for the Navy. The future of the airport and grounds is still being debated, but a one-acre parcel has been set aside (with plans for expansion) as a memorial to the work done there. There are two large fighter jets that visitors can examine (including an F-14) as well as some smaller artifacts.
