Rocks arranged to resemble Jesus.

Ever-Changing Rock Sculpture

The rock sculpture at Champaign Berry Farm, formerly rendered as President Trump, has now been changed into Jesus wearing a crown of thorns. I drove by in July 2019 and noticed the change; I assume it was completed around Easter. The frog and giant bird are still unchanged and located to the west.

Ever-Changing Rock Sculptures

July 2019: there were three stone statues at this time. One was a strange face with metal eyebrows and a crown of thorns. Maybe a religious interpretation? The second was a cleaver bird adaptation with a large tree's bark for a tail. And the third was a simple frog.

Ring and rock.

Ever Changing Rock Sculpture

I drove through Mutual last weekend and the rock sculpture has changed again. The former head depicting President Trump has been changed into a woman's head with long flowing hair. In front of the sculpture is a large diamond engagement or wedding ring, so someone in the family must have recently gotten engaged or married. There was no one in the fields at the time, so I couldn't get any information.

Donald Trump.

Ever-Changing Rock Sculpture - Trump

The ever-changing rock sculpture has changed again, this time to President-elect Donald Trump. I was driving by near the end of October and saw it. I'll have to go back once the inauguration has happened and see if anything has been added to it.

Ever-Changing Rock Sculptures

I spoke with one of the owners of the berry farm and she said that her husband has been making the rock sculptures for about five years. He does all the work by himself and has no set time for changing the sculptures. He just does it whenever he gets a new idea. Currently the main sculpture represents his daughter, who recently gave birth to a baby girl.
