I read Peggy Parish books to my children and my kindergarten students. It is not far off the interstate and well worth the memories and photo opportunities for kids. She is shorter than I imagined. She stands in front of the new library with the old Manning library next door. I did not know Peggy Parish was from Manning. The more you know the more you know!
