Las Vegas, Nevada: Big One-Eyed Blob Man (Gone)

A 32-foot-tall cross between Patrick Star from SpongeBob SquarePants and an H.P. Lovecraft monstrosity from another dimension. The silver-colored one-eyed blob with upraised appendages was sculpted by Philippe Starck. Unveiled August 2014, destroyed August 2019.

Directions:
In the entrance circle of the SLS Hotel. North end of The Strip, on the northbound side of S. Las Vegas Blvd, just south of Sahara Ave.
