The 16-foot-tall conceptual art sculpture pays tribute to local hero Chuck Brown, who developed funky "Go-Go" music in the early 1970s. Interactive lights pulse in time with the funk; a mosaic wall chronicles Brown's life. Unveiled August 22, 2014, which would have been Chuck's 78th birthday.
