Colorado Springs, Colorado: Phallic Sculpture Obscured by Trees
One of Colorado Spring's first pieces of public art, "Moment in Time" was sculpted in white marble by Richard Jagoda in 1973. Local college students have on occasion added two large snowballs to its base. Bushes block it from the avenue it was supposed to be seen from.
