White Cliffs of Conoy

Park at the end of Race St, at the park. Walk the 1.5 mile trail to the White Cliffs of Conoy -- it is marked and paved. Beautiful view of a natural wonder along the Susquehanna River.

[Tracy, 09/18/2014]

Natural wonder? Not so fast. The white cliffs are an accumulation of (non-hazardous) material dumped from nearby limestone-dolomite processing. Even better! We dub thee the "White Waste Cliffs of Conoy."
