A full-size tugboat sitting atop two 30-foot-tall concrete pillars is used as the sign at the entrance for the Port of Pine Bluff. It is painted patriotically like the American flag and sits on the north side of US Routes 63 and 79. It is quite a sight and was totally unexpected as I headed east toward Memphis. I had to stop and take a few photos. I wonder what would happen if a tornado or a hurricane ever entered this area.
