WTC cross.

9/11 Junk Beam Miracle Cross

Very sentimental to see, but poignant. Really easy to venture off the last stop of the A train.

[James Peuster, 06/21/2015]

The cross of World Trade Center beams stands in a small memorial garden with a buried time capsule containing mementos that belonged to victims of 9/11 from this neighborhood. Note: A separate, better known WTC steel beam cross still stands at the official memorial site.
