A full restoration, completed in Oct. 2014, with vintage gas pumps and neon signage. The work of brothers Gary and Randy Balusek, who just wanted a place to hang out and work on their old cars. No fuel dispensed.

Waco's 1929 Gulf Station is now completely restored.

It's easy to find this throwback service station. Definitely worth the couple of minutes detour off the highway. The restoration is complete with four period gas pumps. They also have a driveway hose with accompanying bell signal. FYI- there is no neon lighting anywhere on or around the station.
