This is on the front lawn of the Westminster Museum, which is run by the Westminster Historical Society. It is behind a chain linked fence and not accessible when the museum is closed, but can be viewed from the sidewalk. The hours the museum keeps is only the first Sunday of the month between 1-4 pm.
[Nikki Kreuzer, 04/17/2015]A long time ago, 20 years or so, I went on a trip to Southern California and remember seeing this Giant Camera. It turns out that it's called the Shutter Shak, it's part of a museum and it's full of old cameras. Even though I haven't seen it in a long time, it's still there today!
