Well lit display in a fenced park and it closes at 7 pm, but can be seen from outside the fence. It is located right behind the sheriff's office, and you will also be treated to the local law enforcement memorial for fallen officers.

Plenty of free parking alongside the 9/11 memorial, and the Sheriff's Fallen Heroes Memorial is located right beside it in the same plaza.
