The head was stored inside the garage, possibly because the mechanic's shop was closed. The head is substantial, but appears to have been constructed from something like paper-mache rather than carved from stone.

On Prospect Road, on the east side of Ashtabula, you'll find a big ol' Abe Lincoln head. Other than perhaps a reference to "Honest Abe" selling cars or something, I have no idea why it is there.
