"Trust In Me, My Friend" is an outdoor pet drinking fountain with a military theme: a life-size bronze GI pours water from an apparently bottomless canteen into his helmet/water bowl while a bronze canine pal sits nearby, ready for a drink.

East edge of the city. The fountain stands at the northwest corner of the Miss Winkles Adoption Center, which is on the east side of N. Temperance Ave. at its intersection with Sierra Ave.

Clovis military veterans are honored with a number of sculptures and monuments. This unique statue, unveiled Nov. 8, 2014, salutes military dogs and police K-9's. The G.I. handler's helmet continuously fills with water for passing civilian canines to enjoy. The sculpture is near an animal adoption center
