The King Tut replica is located directly in front of the main entrance to the Brownsville Museum of Fine Art. The museum parking costs, but directly across the street is the tourist information center, housed in an old 1930s scale house, and parking is free there.
The carving is quite large and attention to detail is impressive. Definitely an interesting stop for an Egyptophile.
