Right down the street from the Two Headed Alligator Statue. The alligator is inside the cafe. I asked about the alligator and the bartender Vince told me the little Two Headed Alligator was fake. He said this guy (can't remember his name) made the other head and stuffed the alligator. I believed him. But I still took photos. While you're there, order lunch, the food is great. I recommend the BLT with pimento.
