The Cowan Welcome Center is a wonderfully restored and preserved old Texaco service station.
[Frank Rivera, 01/04/2020]The gas station was built in 1936 and restored as the town's welcome center in 2006. The indoor service bays contain old cars with dummies in vintage clothing.
