The library looks as though it has been remodeled in recent years. Lots of artwork and multiple floors. It is right across the street from the walk-through horrified head.

A 25-foot tall-bronze owl marks the building that is the Main Branch of the Jacksonville Public Library. The owl is standing on top of two giant books, and holding a giant golden lock plate with a keyhole in it. In ancient mythology, Athena, the Goddess of Wisdom, could change her form into an owl. The nine-foot-tall golden key above the owl's head incorporates the Greek letters for A and Z.
This sculpture is perched on one corner of the building near the front entrance. Inside this library (if you visit during its open hours) there's plenty of awesome art and even a fountain.
