Was able to find the cat you showed. Great other murals on building.

Went to visit the Model T museum, and saw this just across the way. I thought I'd give them a hand! (I'm the small one.)

A former fire station is now a BBQ restaurant, and it has an interesting mural painted on it. The mural depicts the building on fire complete with realistic flames and smoke coming out of the upper windows, and there is a group of fireman on the sidewalk who are ready to catch a cat that has been thrown to safety by its owner from the second floor window.
If you have the time to explore, there are also murals on buildings both north and south of the restaurant, as well as on the nearby 9th Avenue overpass.
