If you want to know what all those switches do in an airline cockpit, here is your chance. This is the cockpit of an actual DC9 with a few rows of seats added for your "passengers." The start up checklist is on the floor to the captain's left. The checklist is several pages long, so you will get to flip many switches by the time you are done. The museum also has a simulator so you can test your actual flying skills.
