The Mother Earth bronze sculpture stands in the roundabout at the intersection of Abernathy and Rockville Roads, a gateway to the rural Suisun Valley. It depicts Mother Earth holding a rainbow with outstretched arms. The sculpture was created by Lisa Reinertson and was dedicated on June 8, 2007. According to the artist, her inspiration was the beauty in the valley and the combination of agriculture and nature. The colors in the rainbow have largely worn off.
