Tin Man.

Tin Man from Wiz

The Tin Man from The Wizard of Oz definitely has a heart and is guarding the entrance to Ray's Apple Market in Council Grove. He has an oil can, but it's apparently in need of refilling because you can see the rust starting to form on his joints.
