The Southwood Theatre was originally built as a single screen, seating 868, by Trans-Texas Theatres. It was closed, then Thomas Maione and his wife Diana opened it as Blazer Tag Adventure Center in February, 1999. Thomas has continued improving the facility with new video games, new bridges in the arena, and more.
