Established in the 1800s as a chow stop for roving buckaroos, the chuck wagon was replaced by the current buildings and serve steak and chicken in a colorful setting. Bring the kids and your camera down the dirt road and be prepared for all manner of rustic and vintage things hanging from the ceiling and walls of this popular restaurant. There is a quaint gift shop as well, but be sure to make reservations. This place fills up fast!
