A life-size recreation of a photograph taken on April 10, 1978. It was black and white, like the original publicity photo, except for the band's bright yellow radiation suits. Reported gone in 2022.

- Lock 3 Park. Downtown, on the east side of S. Main St., midway between W. Bowery and W. State Sts. The life-size photo tribute is mounted to the side of a building just to the right of the Park's open-air amphitheater stage.

The out-building has been painted over solid. It's gone.
