Lansing, Michigan: The Worker: Metal Beam Man

A property developer turning this area into an entertainment district wanted to remind visitors of its past. The 22-ft. tall sculpture, by Rick Luke, is of a skinny blue collar guy, made of metal beams, with a hard hat and lunchbox. Erected Aug. 25, 2015.

Downtown, on the east side of the Grand River. On the southbound side of N. Cedar St. just south of its intersection with E. Shiawassee St., and just north of the baseball stadium.
