Pretty disappointing. It's short for a Giant, and I almost missed it!

A new sculpture (a stalk of celery) in Santa Ana commemorates the contributions of the Japanese-American farmers who worked in California's salad bowl. It was done by my brother Richard Turner, a retired art instructor from Chapman University, and dedicated in July 2015.
[John Turner, 09/26/2015]Sculptor Richard Turner titled the $80k bronze "We Too Were Once Strangers." It combines a vertical "growing" celery posture with a chopped off top, as might be seen in a grocery store produce department.
