A large statue of Kentucky's own Eric C. Conn is at the Kentucky for Kentucky Fun Mall, also home to Cocaine Bear. Conn, a self-proclaimed Robin Hood, holds the distinction of defrauding the U.S. Government for over $550 million in social security payments, the greatest social security fraud in United States history.
