Near the lobby entrance to the Galt House hotel is "Gallop to Glory," which "...salutes Kentucky Derby winning jockeys." There is a sculpture of a jockey atop a rose-draped thoroughbred, a gold-colored jockey statue and the pice de rsistance are the cement hand-prints of the jockeys who have won the Kentucky Derby. Granted, this is a memorial to the jockeys, but you'd think they could at least have a companion "Salute to the Winning Horses" comprising of cement hoof-prints. After all, it was the horses who did the galloping, not the jockeys.
