[Angela Rushing, 07/08/2014]The William Faulkner statue at the Oxford City Hall is in place and quite impressing. Mr. Faulkner is depicted on a bench much as he sat when he visitied on the Square. Next to the statue is Neilson's department store, which boasts of being the oldest department store in the South.
