Vending Machine for Cars

We did get to see a car purchase. This is a fun, gimmicky way to get your new car. Staff was friendly and showed us how it worked.

Vending Machine for Cars

We remember seeing this idea in vintage 1930s issues of Modern Mechanix magazine. It took until November 12, 2015, to finally become real in America. The future has arrived! The vending machine is a five-story robotized building that holds up to 20 cars or trucks. After customers pre-order their vehicles online, they arrive at the building, type their information onto a tablet, and receive a three-inch-diameter coin. They then drop this mega-coin into a slot, and robots retrieve and deliver their car to the take-out exit. As an "attraction," the car vending machine really only fulfills its potential if you happen to be there when someone is dropping their coin.
