Bube's Brewery (pronounced Boobey's - really) is a unique collection of restaurants in an old brewery complex. The most unique is the Catacombs, which is in old tunnels under the town. It is there that they have their weekly Medieval or Roman Feasts, where you can be served on pewter plates by candlelight - by Caesar's toga-clad slaves.
Lots of live entertainment.
If you ask nicely they may give you a quick tour of the tunnels.
