This is literally in the middle of nowhere -- 10-15 minutes from the highway. Still, a great stop on our road trip! The actual spot is in the road, right where the paved road and dirt road meet. The historic marker with description is down the dirt road a bit and there are a couple of places to park in a dirt patch on the roadside. It was fun to say we were in three states at once.

The kids really enjoyed the adventure of trying to find somewhere a little off the beaten track. Stand in three states at the same time: Indiana, Michigan, and Ohio. Something fun and free to do to break up a long journey.

Interesting, quick thing to do in the middle of a dirt road.

Only 10-12 minutes away from the turnpike exit. Worth a quick detour, especially if you've been stuck in the car for a while. Easy to find - asphalt stops and dirt road starts at the state line. Kids had fun jumping from state to state. I drew lines in the dirt so they could see where they stood.
