312-foot-long U.S. Navy fleet submarine that saw action in WWII. Unaltered since the 1940s, so visitors on the self-guided tour have to enter and exit using hatchways and ladders.

- From downtown, drive north on E. 9th St. to the lakefront. When you see the Rock HoF pyramid on the left, turn right onto N. Marginal Rd. Drive a quarter-mile. You'll see the parking lot and submarine on the left.

Very tight entrances and steep ladders, not recommended for physically challenged folks. But good audio loops available to see what it was like aboard the sub.
