"Oceans to Fly" is a bronze of the aviator sculpted by Jane DeDecker in 2014 and dedicated in 2015. The base of the statue features a quote and Earhart signature. The statue faces Oakland Airport, where Earhart set off in 1937 on her ill-fated round-the-world flight.
