The "Czech Capital of Kansas" features a giant egg -- at 22 feet long, it's America's largest. Arrived in 2012, painted in April 2015, mounted upright under gazebo in July 2016.

We were visiting Lucas, Kansas, and had the advantage of speaking with Erica from the World's Largest Collection of the World's Smallest Versions of the World's Largest Things. She let us know that the World's Largest Czechoslovakian Egg was being delivered to Wilson, Kansas, the next morning. Apparently the town has been advertising it for a couple of years. The local art teacher is going to lead the painting effort over the next year.
