Clay Henry (presumably the fifth) is alive, well, and still in Lajitas. He's developed a bit of a sweet tooth and now prefers Smirnoff Ice or Seagram's over beer, and will gladly wolf down a Moonpie, his favorite snack.

[Donna and Bill Blum, 01/05/2016]Mayor Clay Henry III succeeded Mayor Clay Henry II, who head-butted his father to death, Mayor Clay Henry I, in a dispute over a she-goat. The first Clay Henry is stuffed and on display in the Starlight Theatre Saloon in nearby Terlingua. Clay Henry and his son were beer-drinkers; Clay Henry III drinks Gatorade.
