Egyptian Temple Movie Theater
Graumann's Chinese Theatre in Hollywood is known worldwide, but southeast Florida has a theater -- Cinemark Paradise -- that looks like an Egyptian temple, with hieroglyphics on the columns and two small sphinxes at the entrance. The interior has more heiroglyphics, a few murals, and two large seated statues behind the concession stand. The whole place looks like it was lifted from the Valley of the Kings.
