York, Pennsylvania: Grave of Mack, Noble Fire Horse
A five-foot-tall tombstone, complete with a chiseled horse's head, marks the grave of "noble horse" Mack, who died in 1911. At first he was buried in the woods, but he was later dug up, and he and his tombstone were moved next to the county fire museum.
