I can't find the Spangler lollipop factory on the map any more, but a Giant Dum Dum lollipop water tower is going in this fall.

The museum and tour are closed until further notice. Our five-year-old was really excited to see where they make Dum-Dums, but they were very nice and gave us samples for stopping in. But, yeah, they're closed to the public for now.
[Robert Ottlinger, 09/03/2021]This was amazing! The tour is interesting, informative, and everyone there is very nice and helpful. My family had a great time kids 14, nine, seven.

Short tour through the warehouse (packaging, mostly) lasts about half an hour and costs $5 for adults. A trolley tour seats about eight. Your only view of the kitchen comes via small screens on the trolley, as packaging employees give a friendly wave at the passing tour group.
The gift shop and museum feature Spangler novelties past and present. There are free Dum-Dums and candy canes to sample and large rolls of wrappers for sale (wrappers are twisted into large bows on the gift baskets). "Drum Man" has autographed photos available in the gift shop. Make sure to take your picture next to your favorite flavor!

We've removed the factory from our maps until it re-starts its tours -- but the water tower sounds as if it will make Dum-Dums map-worthy again.
