Very nice tour of a beautiful facility. Covered all aspects of making rum from cooking, to distilling, to aging in the barrels, to finally bottling, labeling, and packing. The tour ended with an opportunity to sample their product if you are so inclined.

Tour a rum distillery. Located right off the freeway, and it's free. We watched a film on the history of Bayou Rum and then toured the distillery. Afterward we had a rum tasting and samples of the distillery's two rum cakes.
